After two years with the Renault F1 Team, Ricciardo joined McLaren in 2021 as a replacement for Carlos Sainz Jr. who had signed a multi-year deal with Ferrari. Daniel has, thus far in his career, scored 8 wins in F1, with one of those being with McLaren in 2021, which was the team’s first win since 2012. He has since returned to Red Bull for 2023 as the third driver.
