During the 2005 season, after a slow start,  Raikkonen would go on to score 7 race wins, earn 5 poles, post 10 fastest laps and stand on 12 podiums, while finishing 2nd in the overall Drivers’ Championship.

Raikkonen, nicknamed “The Iceman”, competed in Formula 1 between 2001 and 2021 for Sauber, McLaren, Ferrari, Lotus, and Alfa Romeo.
