Stand 21 suit worn by British driver Derek Warwick at the Le Mans 24 Hour event in 1996. Warwick, who spent eleven years in Formula One, was recruited to drive a C36-Porsche for the Courage Compétition Racing Team, along with co-drivers Mario Andretti and Jan Lammers. The team finished third in the LMP1 class.
The mainly white suit has a half & half blue and black belt, collar and cuffs. It has many patches sewn on the suit, including a large patch of the team’s main sponsors Texaco-Havoline on the front midriff and the Courage Compétition team patches on the right chest, neck and back.
